We all know the accusations of playing until United score at Old Trafford, but when they play to 97 minutes you've got to admit it looks like a fair comment...
Owen scored at 95 mins 28 secs
I think Sparky is right to feel a bit miffed when the fourth official indicated four mins, even if they did count goal celebrations..
And do you think Fergie would've felt it was the best derby ever if he hadn't got the win?

MoTD 2 did the analysis
4 mins added on by the ref, as indicated by the board, (before Bellamy got City's third)
at 90:58 whistle blew for re-start
then, there was the Anderson / Carrick Sub - ref is supposed to allow 30 second for that.
so, 90:58, plus 4 mins, plus 30 sec = 95:28. Time of goal 95:28. Typically refs will let an attacking move complete or be cleared before blowing so if Owen had of missed the subsequent goal kick would logically have been the last kick.
I think the ref gave another 15-20 seconds after the subsequent kick-off - i am not sure why that was.
Hands up - I am a United supporter and we have benefitted in the past from getting as much time added on as possible, and on occassion, it seems more than other teams would get - but then again Fergie "talks" [ahem] to the fourth offical the whole game and keeps on top of them - he would not be affraid of kicking up a stink if insufficient time was not played. I don't think that is outside the rules of the game but I am surprised so few other managers do the same.
